Directions: Use repetitive motion tapping your body shoulders to ankles.

Single stick- self care:

1) Start by with a gentle tap your over your chest and increase strength slightly over abdomen over your organs and side (obliques). Use repetitively tapping along the ribs and sides of your body for 30 seconds.

2)Start by tapping from your lungs out the inner aspect of your arm and up and outside of your arm from your wrist to shoulder. Continue for 30 seconds and switch to the other arm.

3) Tap the top of the shoulders extending hand over the shoulders to the upper back and scapula for 15-30 seconds.

4) Gently tap lower back over the kidneys and increase strength tapping down the sides and back of the legs, lighten tapping arounds knees and continue down to calves for 30 seconds.

5) Flip the sticks around holdinging them the opposite direction and bend over to tap your kidneys, buttocks, back and side of the legs. In this area, you can increase your tapping strength unless you have an acute injury.

6) Soften your tapping over the inguinal and inner hip area as you move down your inner legs and lymphatic area. The inner legs can be gently tapped for another 30 seconds.
